Free initial white-glove setup is available for the first 10 approved founding clubs, subject to a confirmed place and agreed scope. An enquiry does not reserve a place. Previously agreed setup benefits are honoured separately. Self-service setup is free and welcome. Create your club page, add ponies and staff, set opening hours, prices and activities, then prepare tournaments and the rota. Optional help is never required to use ChukR, which remains subscription-free.
