Getting started with ChukR
Find your place in polo. ChukR brings public club discovery and the people, ponies, bookings and work behind a polo club together. Start with one personal account; you can have several roles at different clubs.
- Explore public clubs and published opportunities without signing in.
- Sign in or create your own account before booking, paying or accessing personal work.
- Add relevant interests to your profile. A profile choice is not a club appointment or an approval.
- Before booking, check who is participating, the total price, pony arrangements, eligibility and the club’s terms.

Spectator
Browse public clubs, events and viewing information. You do not need a playing handicap or an account simply to look around.
Explore without an account →Player or beginner
Use your own account. Tell the club your experience and request a suitable lesson or playing place. Membership, handicap verification and pony hire are separate checks.
Create an account or sign in →Parent or guardian
Use your adult account and an approved relationship to the participating child. Children need no separate email. A group link does not permit booking another family’s child.
Create an account or sign in →Pony owner
Add your ponies and relevant care information. Agree any livery arrangement with the club separately; adding a pony does not purchase livery or permit others to ride it.
Create an account or sign in →Patron or team organiser
Use the same personal account to organise a team. Team participation, captain approval, payment and named pony allocation remain separate; sponsoring a team gives no club administration rights.
Create an account or sign in →Instructor or freelance instructor
Create a personal profile and tell the club about your services. A club must approve your working relationship and appointments before you can see its private lessons or participants.
Create an account or sign in →Groom or freelance groom
Use a personal account, then accept an authorised club work invitation. See only the shifts, ponies and tasks relevant to your appointment—not club finances.
Create an account or sign in →Other staff
Grounds, office and other employees use personal accounts too. The club assigns appropriate work access and shifts. You do not need player details.
Create an account or sign in →Club manager
Create your personal account and ask the club owner to approve your management role. Choosing “manager” on a form never grants management access.
Create an account or sign in →Umpire
Apply through your account for approval by ChukR or the active authorised regional body. Approval to umpire and appointment to a particular match are separate.
Create an account or sign in →Club owner
Apply with club contact details, physical address, preferred contact language and an optional website. Ownership and legitimacy are reviewed. After approval, choose free self-service or ask about the first ten founding places and optional quoted assistance.
